What is Safety?
ANSI Z590.3 is a standard that provides guidelines for the development and implementation of safety and health training programs. According to this standard, “safety” can be defined as the state of being free from unacceptable risks of harm or damage. This includes the prevention of injuries, illnesses, property damage, and other negative consequences that may result from work activities.
