Approved Fog Machines and Fluids for K12 Educational Theatre

This is a quick reference guide based on the machines and fluids approved by Actors Equity. All of the devices here are approved for use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and the Actors Equity report. We have “recommended” selected machines as appropriate for K12. These devices are commonly available through standard theatre suppliers and are appropriate for many educational theatres. Obviously, educational theatres vary in size, so you still need to work with your theatre supplier to ensure this is the best machine for your theatre.

Recommendations are simply to highlight some of the best choices. Every machine on this list is approved with the corresponding fluids.
